Due to the nature of digital services and lead-based products, all sales are final.
Once a lead has been delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided. Lead delivery constitutes fulfillment of the service.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:
- Non-conversion of leads
- Client not responding or declining services
- Client choosing another designer
- Dissatisfaction with project scope, budget, or timeline
Interior Lead Hub does not guarantee project closures or business outcomes.
